On those screen-printed glass lines where every inch of floor space counts, we were tasked with a simple goal.&#xA;Keep the same drying power. But ditch the bulk.&#xA;So we built a one-piece drying lamp module that swaps out those huge ovens and sprawling conveyors. It&amp;rsquo;s all integrated, all in one place.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;h3 id=&#34;the-secret-sauce-power-and-geometry&#34;&gt;The Secret Sauce: Power and &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.net&#34;&gt;Geometry&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;At the heart of this thing is a high-density infrared lamp. It&amp;rsquo;s built to deliver serious heat fast, without &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;tripping&lt;/a&gt; your electrical panel.&#xA;We run it on 400V. This lets us push all the power you need through a much smaller setup, which keeps the wiring neat and compact.&#xA;And that 300mm tube length? Totally intentional. It lines up perfectly with the standard drying window on most glass lines. So you get the heat hitting the ink exactly where and when it needs to set.&#xA;At 2500W, it has the muscle to flash-dry ink on glass in seconds.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
