Instead of selling you loose parts, we build the whole thing into a curved heating module right here in our factory.
Moving from Parts to a Finished Piece
Think of a standard infrared tube as just a piece of a puzzle. It’s fine, but it’s not a solution. When we build a module, we take the quartz tubes, the reflectors, and the wiring and lock them into one pre-bent assembly. No more guessing where the tube should sit. We curve the module to fit your product’s exact shape, so the heat hits every spot evenly. It just works.
A Quick Word on the Heat
We design these for high-wattage output because we know you want to cut down your cycle times. But here’s the thing: when you pack that much power into a tight, curved space, it gets hot. Really hot. You need to make sure your control cabinets and cooling fans can handle the “heat soak” coming off the back of the module. If your cooling is weak, you’ll fry your connectors long before the tubes actually wear out. It’s a small detail, but it’s the difference between a system that lasts and one that fails.
Just Plug It In
The whole point here is to save you labor. Instead of spending hours squinting at individual lamps to get them aligned, you just drop in the module and wire it up. We use industrial connectors that can take a beating in high-temp environments, so you don’t have to worry about them rattling loose. Plus, you don’t have to worry about a tech accidentally snapping a tube during a manual install. You get the same thermal profile every single time. It turns a frustrating assembly project into a simple hardware swap.
