The Nitty-Gritty on Heat
We build these based on how thick your glass is and how fast your line moves. If you go with higher wattage per tube, you get more heat density. That gets your glass to its softening point way faster. But here’s the catch: that much power creates a lot of radiant heat. If you aren’t careful, it can bleed into your machine frame. Just make sure your cooling fans or water-jackets can handle the extra warmth. You don’t want your support structures warping because things got too hot.
Getting Your Team Out of the Weeds
Wiring dozens of individual lamps is a total bottleneck. It’s tedious work. Our modules come pre-wired with industrial connectors. That means no more spending days crimping leads or hunting down a loose connection that’s driving you crazy. You plug it in, flip the switch, and calibrate your temp.
